My Cooking - Sambal with Chicken Innards, Thick Fried Tofu & Eggs

Wah, this dish very shiokadilious! I was thinking what to have for lunch at work tomorrow and end up cooking some chicken innards with thick fried tofu, eggs and sambal, I added some cut up chilli for the extra spiciness! For dinner, I had that with some bakes chicken and rice, wah lao damn shiok man!!! ... heh heh
