My Cooking - Corn Muffins

After some measuring boo boo with the corn bread last nite, I was left with a whole container of batter so this morning I thought I would try to make something with it, the hubby went looking for the muffin tray and so I made Corn Muffins, in fact they turned out really good! Yummers!

My Cooking - Devil's Food Cake

Yesterday while making the beef pies, I also baked a Devil's Food Cake using the Pillsbury Moist Supreme Devils Food Cake Mix, just follow the instructions, add eggs, oil and water. Yes, I am lazy thus I have yet to bake from scratch and do nice decorations on the cakes, just bake and serve ... heh heh.

My Cooking - Tamale Pie

Cooked ground meat topped with Jiffy corn bread, quite similar to shephard's pie which uses potatos.
