NYC - Midtown - Sbarro

Haven't been to many Sbarro, this location is right smack in the middle of 5th Avenue, next to Rockefeller Center so lots of tourists will drop in for a quick bite. Food is not bad, prices and service are ok. Had the spaghetti & meatballs and they tasted pretty good. :o)

Lucy brought her hubby's lasagna to work and lucky me got to try it, so yummy!

Saturday's dinner - Beef stew with pasta shells & garlic bread

Sunday's dinner - Tamale Pie (it's a name I made up, have to think of a better one )
The top is cornbread.
The bottom is ground meat with chopped tomatoes, onions, lots of garlic and baked beans.

My Cooking - Farfalle aka Bow-tie pasta with ground meat and sauce

Wanted an easy meal, since we had ground meat, bow-tie pasta, sauce, chopped onions and garlic. I simply threw them together and dinner was ready in about 30 minutes.

My Cooking - Pasta with Italian Sausage

We had italian sausages, a box of macaroni, broccoli, 2 cans of tomato sauce sitting around so I decided to throw them together and made pasta with italian sausages for dinner. Simple and delicious meal, the hubby and I liked it.

My Cooking - Homemade Baked Pasta

This is what I made for dinner tonight, the hubby says it is 10/10 and he really enjoyed it.

Step 1 & 2 - Boil the pasta, cook the chopped meat then drain the oil, leave aside;
Step 3 & 4 - Stir fry the garlic and onions, then add the cooked meat and mix them up;
Step 5 & 6 - Add the cooked pasta and spaghetti sauce, mix thoroughly then top with
shredded mozarella cheese and bake till the cheese melts.
Serve with some garlic bread
