For lunch today I made Chai Por (Preserved Turnip) Eggs 菜脯蛋 to eat with
'muay' 糜 (rice porridge). So shiok but I am still unhappy that I cannot attain the texture of those made by my mom, whenever I grumble to her about it, she will be very encouraging and say that with practice I will be able to do it, oh how I miss my mommy!
