NYC - Midtown - Deli on Madison

I hardly eat at this deli but occasionally I would drop in to pick up drinks. They have a wide variety of hot food + salad buffet, sandwiches, drinks, snacks, etc. Counter staff are friendly, polite and they are open 24 hours 7 days a week.

Few days ago, I had gotten to the city early for work so I picked up a Ham & Cheese Croissant (I love Croissant!) Sandwich for breakfast and it tasted really good.

For convenience, I have been going to Liberty Deli and Pizzeria which is few steps away from my job, tried their hot food and they are actually quite good. The beef brisket and the beans & rice were exceptionally tasty ... yummers! Pricing is reasonable, good portion, they even include a bun and salad on the side for just $7.50!

NYC - Midtown - Manhattan Mall - Arby's

YAY!Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket Got to eat my favorite Arby’s sandwich at Manhattan Mall’s food court! So good, so yummilicious! I got the Super Roast Beef Comb - $5.99 which had the sandwich, curly fries and a soda. The sesame buns was soft and not dry at all, the roast beef tasty and seems to melt in the mouth, vegetables very fresh and neatly piled on top of the roast beef. The curly fries were good, very crispy, and a little salty but everything else made up for that … heh heh.Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

NYC - East Village - Vanessa's Dumplings

Was in the East Village yesterday, wanted a light snack and while walking I saw Vanessa's Dumplings. Instead of trying their famous dumplings (I'll be back for that later), I saw they had Sesame Pancake Sandwiches and decided to try that. I have to say the Sesame Pancake Sandwich with Roast Pork I ordered was simply delicious, it's filled with shredded pork, finely chopped carrots and vegetables, drizzled with a special sauce that is yummy, definitely something special and different. I also ordered a pork bun to go which they say is something new in the store and cost only 99 cents, that was pretty good too, the skin was soft and the meat inside has a nice taste to it, luckily no porky smell ... heh heh. Their the pricing is very economical. Worth trying.
