After learning from my lovely neighbor, Ms Meta on how to make baked macaroni and cheese, I decided to make it at home and it was a success ... woo hoo!

NYC - Little Pie Company - Cheesecake with homemade strawberries

Yesterday on my way back from midtown, I sneaked to the 'Little Pie Company' at the Grand Central Terminal Dining Concourse and bought a cheesecake and some sugarless fruit pies for the hubby and myself. It was nice that hubby had also bought some strawberries, cut them up and added some sugar to make them sweeter. Tonight we had cheesecake topped with the strawberries for dessert which tasted really good.

My Cooking - Homemade Baked Pasta

This is what I made for dinner tonight, the hubby says it is 10/10 and he really enjoyed it.
Step 1 & 2 - Boil the pasta, cook the chopped meat then drain the oil, leave aside;
Step 3 & 4 - Stir fry the garlic and onions, then add the cooked meat and mix them up;
Step 5 & 6 - Add the cooked pasta and spaghetti sauce, mix thoroughly then top with
shredded mozarella cheese and bake till the cheese melts.
Serve with some garlic bread
