My Cooking - Szechuan vegetable with pork

A nice and simple dish, zha cai 榨菜 aka szechuan vegetable with pork 猪肉and lots of chopped garlic 蒜头, goes great with porridge 粥/糜 aka rice congee. Once again I am unable to attain my mom's standard of cooking this dish, well since I live so far away from home in Singapore, beggars can't be choosers right. My dish turned quite pretty nice, just doesn't taste as good as mom's.
