My Cooking - Fried Chicken Wings and Stir-fry Kai Lan with Oyster Sauce

Yea, I know, too much fried stuff for the past few days so boiling barley to drink to lessen the heatiness now ... heh heh.

Haven't made fried chicken for some time so decided to make some for dinner together with stir-fry kai lan with oyster sauce. I got those kai lan from NYC Chinatown at East Broadway side at 2lbs for US$1! So cheap right!
