My Cooking - Deep Fried Tofu 炸豆腐 on Omelette 煎蛋


Made deep fried tofu 炸豆腐, crispy crispy on the outside and softness on the inside, so shiok! Had some eggs left over after using as a coating, so I made an omelette 煎蛋 as bed for the tofu ... hee hee.
