My Cooking - Bak Kut Teh

Me like Bak Kut Teh ... yummmmmmmmm. Made some for lunch today, added pork ribs, chinese mushrooms, lots of garlic, some dark soy sauce (put a little too much cos the soup became super dark ... hahaha) and the bag of spices. I like the peppery taste so I let the bag of spices soaked alittle longer. Had it with white rice, very shiok lah!
