I have to say, Chicken rice does goes good with anything ... heh heh, all I needed to do was add the Hainanese Chicken Rice Mix to the rice for cooking in the rice cooker, chopped up some lettuce, pan fried the Perdue Tomato Basil marinated Boneless Chicken Breasts
and dinner was ready really quick.
