My Cooking - Tom Yum Noodles

Was in the mood to eat something sour and spicy so went digging in the fridge and cupboard, was so happy to find spinach, enoki mushroom 金针菇, konnyaku (my imaginary sotong aka squid without the calories and cholesterol ... heh heh), tom yum paste and noodles, throw them together and had Tom Yum Noodles! So yummy! SLURP! SLURP! BURP!
