Duck tongue, an interesting dish served at
Wu Liang Ye Sichuan Restaurant in NYC. When my friends ordered it, I was thinking to myself 'No way am I gonna eat that!' but after some coaxing, I finally gave in. The dish itself was pretty tasty, the duck tongue itself had a fishy after-taste, the texture abit rubbery and had a flat bone in between and no I didn't QUACK after that!
