Jurong Frog Farm in Singapore 田鸡

Pictures courtesy from my Cousin, Em

My family in Singapore went to Jurong Frog Farm (the only frog breeder in Singapore) and brought home a big bag of frog legs for dinner. Frog legs 田鸡 are stir-fried, deep fried, cooked with congee, etc. Eaten off the bone, the flesh has a tinge of sweetness and is very tender like chicken. As you can see from the above pic, my family had the frog legs stir-fried with ginger and spring onions ... mmmm looks good.

Bollywood Veggies in Singapore

Pictures courtesy of my cousin and her hubby

Today my family in Singapore went to Bollywood Veggies farm. After going round the farm, they settled down for lunch inside at the Poison Ivy Bistro, they had nasi lemak, roti prata and a lemongrass drink which my cousin says it's good and refreshing.
