Long time no eat Snow Pea 豆苗 so I decided to order that with Shrimps over white rice today, had the Sui Kow 水餃 soup on the side and was kinda disappointed because it was tasteless.

It was quite awhile that I didn't go to Hing Won Express so lately I checked them out a few times and tried some other dishes e.g. Snow Cabbage with Shredded Duck Noodles and Shanghai Nian Gao.

NYC - Midtown - China Moon

By now, my regular readers knows my favorite midtown Manhattan's Chinese eatery is Hing Won Express. After hearing my co-workers rave about China Moon, I tried the Double Sauteed Pork with Brown Rice - $6.95 with Hot & Sour Soup - $2.00. Pricing is average but nothing fantastic. I remembered that I had tried them some years back and didn't like their food
, my tastebuds are as stubborn as they can be ... heh heh.

Yesterday I went to Hing Won and decided to try their Minced Meat in Soybean Sauce Noodle 炸醬麵, I was alittle hesitant at first cos some places just serves them nasty, however they didn't let me down and it was actually yummy or was I too hungry ... hahaha!

Recently I had the stir-fry squid with black bean sauce ... it was sooooooooo shiok ... sooooooooooo yummy!
